The journey begins

Is Obama The Anti-Christ?

As I watched the coverage of this year’s election process, I also watched as the liberals across the country went wild for Obama. The amount of praise for this would-be messiah sickens me to the core. Millions of followers hang on his every word, television shows that once never showed their bias through caution to the wind and threw their support to “The One”, and even the media threw away any objectivity and supported their chosen one. If conservatives acted this way, they would have never allowed it, and the candidate in question would have been ripped apart by the media. Especially when you have a man with so many questionable concerns, from a racist mentor to a former terrorist supporter. Now that they have elected their messiah by any means possible, they will crown him king and follow him into the pit of hell, if he were to lead them there. Some news people have even vowed to “help make this presidency work”, which says to me they expect he will need spin doctors to control the probable negative press that will most likely come from the errors he will make in office.

While in normal times, I would say we need to admit defeat and support the current President; this year is not a normal year. The world even fawns over this man, as if he is the second coming of Christ himself. Due to this reaction, and the ones of his supporters, I find myself at a unique crossroads. Do I put blinders on and pretend I don’t see trouble, or do I stand up and call it for what I see it to potentially being here? I have decided to do the latter. I can not support this man in good conscience, and can not support him in anyway at all. Barack Obama is, in my view, at best, a joke for a Commander-in-Chief, and at worse, possibly the Anti-Christ.

There is enough evidence to be concerned that this man is the one the Bible foretold would come. All the pieces are there, and just as the good book says, he is loved by the world. All it will take is for a few more key points to fall into place, and he is most certainly the man that will bring about the end of days. I believe strongly in my Christian faith, and could never follow a potential Anti-Christ. It is ironic that he was brought to power partly through Oprah Winfrey, who recently disavowed the Christian faith, and this will confirm it.

We will see over the next four years if he becomes the Anti-Christ, or just a failed politician. Either way, this is not a man I could ever follow anywhere, not even if I were dying of thirst in the desert, and he knew the only way to water. He is too dangerous to be in the position he is in, and the damage he will inflict upon this world is too great for me to stand behind and allow. I will oppose him at every turn, and will never willingly support him, no matter what.
